Is SIM Only Right for You?

As what you could gather from the name, a SIM only deal offers you only a SIM card. You will have to provide yourself with your own handset. The Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) stores significant data such as phone numbers, contact details, and address book information. It lets any subscriber transport phone numbers and contacts to a different phone simply by transferring the SIM from one phone to another. Such is the luxury and convenience this card offers to users.

The commercial manager of mobiles at moneysupermarket.com, James Parker, could not help but be impressed by the advantages of this offer. He says that consumers are spoilt for choice with new SIM only deals. A better offer appears practically every week and networks have to quickly drop their prices so they won’t be left behind in the competition. According to him, SIM only deals great value for your money, with rates cheaper than the rest. It also does not tie you to long standing contracts which many people are often afraid of.

It was noted by Parker that  SIM only deals increases your inclusive allowance by 200%. He further commented that it is perfect for subscribers who do not want to be bound on long contracts since these deals are typically one month contracts at the minimum. Indeed, this is perfect for those who do not want to prolong their financial burdens by engaging into long contracts. A range of iPad sim card contracts have now been introduced to acommodate Apple’s tablet device.
